We purchase distress, or auction homes for cash; do the necessary repairs; put them on the market for rent; then sell them after a period of time. We have a team of Real Estate Agents, Construction workers, banks, surveyors, etc. available as needed.
Our philosophy
Our vision is building wealth through a compound replication process. We buy one property, rent it for a period of time, sell it, then roll the profits over and buy two with the proceeds. This is a long term process that will allow us to use some of the proceeds as we see fit.
